Why v2: your wallet is a smart wallet — it could not build the coin directly last time (that attempt created nothing; only about 2¢ of gas was spent).
How v2 works: it sends the coin blueprint to the public builder-factory contract on Base (0x4e59…4956C), which builds the coin for real. The coin’s address is already known before we start: 0x0Ea794511a1864dFD4CFA85982a4C7fbAA6f1e88
All 1 billion BC are written into the contract to go to your wallet, no matter who builds it. After you confirm, this page checks the blockchain itself — code present, name “Black Coin”, 1,000,000,000 BC in your wallet — before it says LIVE.
